Product colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device. Fit, sizing, and product feel can vary by brand and model. Any guidance we provide, including running shoe or gear recommendations, is intended to help you choose but does not guarantee a perfect fit or outcome.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel affected orders, or adjust availability at any time.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep inventory accurate, but items may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you and either issue a refund, offer an alternative, or help you choose another option.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, abuse, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other unusual activity.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is not fully accepted until payment has been authorized and the order has been reviewed and processed by us.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available on our website. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

To protect our customers and our business, we may review orders for fraud risk. We may contact you to verify details before processing or shipping an order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, inconsistent, or otherwise high-risk. This may include, but is not limited to, mismatched billing and shipping information, unusual order patterns, failed verification, or payment concerns.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship according to the shipping options shown at checkout. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available services may vary depending on your location, order size, and carrier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote delivery areas, customs issues, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss generally passes to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

8. Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, you will receive instructions when your order is ready. Please wait until you receive confirmation before coming to collect your order.

We may ask for identification or order confirmation at pickup.

9. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For online orders, eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is delivered, unless otherwise stated. Items must be new, unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

For in-store purchases, eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Returns may be made in store or by mail. Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds are normally processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund.

Items that are used, worn outdoors, damaged, missing packaging, or not in resaleable condition may not be eligible for return or exchange.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

If we confirm that the item is defective or that we made an error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or return shipping support.

Normal wear and tear, fit issues, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care are not considered defects.

11. Gift Cards, Promotions, and Discounts

Gift cards, discount codes, promotions, and store credits may be subject to additional terms. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless we choose to do so.

Discount codes may not be combined unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

12. Community Events, Runs, and In-Store Activities

Sunny Running may host or promote community runs, events, clinics, or other activities. Participation is voluntary and may involve physical activity.

You are responsible for determining whether you are fit and able to participate. By joining an event, you understand that running and physical activity involve inherent risks, including injury. You agree to participate responsibly, follow applicable safety guidance, and respect other participants, staff, volunteers, and the community.

13. Health, Fitness, and Product Guidance

Any product advice, shoe recommendations, training suggestions, or general running guidance we provide is for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have an injury, medical condition, pain, or health concern, please consult a qualified professional before starting or changing your running, training, footwear, or nutrition routine.

14. Third-Party Products and Services

We sell products made by third-party brands and may link to third-party websites, platforms, carriers, payment processors, or apps. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, warranties, delays, or errors.

Manufacturer warranties, where available, are provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product organization, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Sunny Running or our partners.
